  • 1 cup dairy or non-dairy milk
  • 2 scoops TITAN WOATS Stone Milled Oats & Grass Fed Whey Protein
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • dash of cinnamon
  • Optional for garnish: a few peanuts & a drizzle of honey



  1. Place all the ingredients in your high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy – Approximately 30 seconds.
  3. Garnish & Enjoy!!
